I don’t like the used car buying experience, but let me say that Oakes Kia was fantastic from start to finish. AJ Achilles is my sales consultant and let me say he went the extra mile at every turn. The vehicle I was interested in was in another location, but he got it to this location. I didn’t think they would take my trade but they made that happen and gave me what I wanted for it. There was no haggling just service. They advertise a “no friction” experience and it was exactly that, no friction, just service. I highly recommend AJ for your next vehicle purchase!

Ask for Danny Chanthavong! I was fully prepared for the dreaded sales experience but that never happened. Danny was patient, transparent, and genuinely focused on making sure I got exactly what I wanted. He even came in on his day off just to accommodate my schedule and ensure I secured the 2027 Telluride in a specific trim/color before others as it was the only one in the area that had arrived. The process was smooth, pressure-free, and honestly enjoyable. Highly recommend Danny. 10/10.

Marion was SO amazing!! Did not pressure us at all and helped us find the right ride for us. The experience was soooooo calm and relaxed. We didn’t spend hours at the dealership we came, test drove, texted Marion our thoughts and he hooked us up!!! When we closed, he also gave us the cutest bag with thoughtful gifts. 100% would recommend him to anyone looking for a car. We also closed our final paperwork with Max D. He was so incredibly helpful and educated us on all of the warranty options and details! They were both super personable and we will be going back to them in the future.

Service department - 5 stars love you guys. Left Shawnee Mission Kia for you guys! Sales department - also 5 stars really great. Whoever decided to remove Carfax reports from the website - 0 Stars. It saves SOOOOOO much time when considering a vehicle to see if there has been accidents, damage, and good service records. It also does well at reliability outlook. Autocheck is garbage. Bring back Carfax - it makes your sales process more efficient!

Oaks Kia is a welcoming and professional company. They are considerate of the customers wants and needs. For example I had an oil change and tune up on my car. They opened their doors a little early to let me and my baby in to start the check in process. Then proceeded to explain what all that was going to be done and what time it would be done. They also helped me transfer all of my baby items to my husband’s car so we could take my son to daycare. Customer service was so helpful and clear on what was all being done. They even went the extra mile to help me and my son. I am very grateful for the service and thoughtfulness they gave that day.

We had such a great experience!! What started out as a Facebook Marketplace conversation ended up with us working with the dealership, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. Nola Hunter and Noah Phillips were absolutely AMAZING to work with. They were so kind, helpful, patient and PERSONABLE through the whole process and genuinely made everything so easy for us while we figured out our game plan. My husband works long hours and we live over an hour away and they made communication so easy through texts and phone calls, even to our bankers to help make our process easier. We did have another local dealership try to basically steal us as customers, and the way they went about it was honestly pretty rude. It really made me appreciate Nola and Noah even more because they NEVER made us feel pressured or like we were just another sale, all while being confident and efficient. They were determined to work with us and figure out a deal that worked best for our family. They were just genuinely great people to work with and made the whole experience enjoyable. My husband has been pretty much anti-dealership until working with Nola & Noah and that says A LOT lol! 10/10 would recommend them to anyone!! I hope their bosses see this & take them out to a fancy steak dinner because they DESERVE IT!! I've been looking at cars for a while now testing out trying to see what I liked and I found a 2024 KIA Sorento Prestige online at Oakes Kia in Olathe so I thought I'd give it a test run. This was the best experience I've ever had buying a car! My sales man Cristian was absolutely amazing! He walked me all around the car and explained all the features before I ever got behind the wheel when it came time to talk #'s he explained all the current warranties and even got me more on my trade than originally quoted even offered to fill up the tank without me asking and bought my son snacks from QT then took him on a test drive when I was filling out paperwork. Lorraine my finance advisor was able to get me a good affordable warranty and put a movie on for background noise then when it came time leave Christian help me set all my programs in the car. Seriously the best car buying experience ever may never go elsewhere.

Great service and easy to drop off and pick up. My only watch out was that I wasn&#039;t able to make it to pick up my car before service closed (which is totally on me), and they offered to leave my keys at reception, which I accepted. When I got there though, my paperwork and keys were just sitting out for anyone to grab as they walked by. I would have preferred if they were put away somewhere and someone was at the front desk to hand them to me.

Well, I bought my car two months ago. The sales lady was great to work with. Take my car in for first oil, change and service department and family and fast. Then when I left, they noticed the small pedal of oil called to bring it back in and fix the filter without even asking or complaining the sub department gave me a free oil change on my VIP package. They have some service.

The service staff is always friendly and kind! However, there seemed to be some higher management there that walked through without acknowledging that I was there and speaking very unprofessionally. I have never seen them at the dealership before and they were in suit jackets and seemed to be visiting the dealership.

Great service and easy to drop off and pick up. My only watch out was that I wasn&#039;t able to make it to pick up my car before service closed (which is totally on me), and they offered to leave my keys at reception, which I accepted. When I got there though, my paperwork and keys were just sitting out for anyone to grab as they walked by. I would have preferred if they were put away somewhere and someone was at the front desk to hand them to me.

Oaks Kia is a welcoming and professional company. They are considerate of the customers wants and needs. For example I had an oil change and tune up on my car. They opened their doors a little early to let me and my baby in to start the check in process. Then proceeded to explain what all that was going to be done and what time it would be done. They also helped me transfer all of my baby items to my husband’s car so we could take my son to daycare. Customer service was so helpful and clear on what was all being done. They even went the extra mile to help me and my son. I am very grateful for the service and thoughtfulness they gave that day.

We drove all the way to Olathe from Columbia, MO because it was the only dealership we found that had the trim level and color we wanted for our new Sportage. We had several phone calls preceding our visit, and Ryan had everything ready for us to sign and the car was ready to go. Ryan took the time to put the new plates on both the front and back of the car, and went through key features with us. The finance process was a little longer than we expected as Ezra was trying to sell us an extended warranty package, but he was pleasant to work with and respectful of our wishes. Everyone was friendly and easy to work with. The only real problem we had was finding a place to park when we got there! It is a very large, busy dealership.
