We keep our cars a long time so a new purchase is a big deal. After a lot of research we were impressed with the Kia Sportage HEV and were fortunate to work with Ryan O'Donnell. A day before I arrived for my appointment, Momnia provided a video showing two car colors in daylight to help me select. She was delightful, informative and kind throughout the process. The finance portion with Karen and Courtnei was a relaxed experience as well. I am thrilled with my new vehicle and can say — I had fun!

Justin Hanlon was incredible to work with. We had gone to a few dealerships to find the car we wanted and felt we weren’t getting the knowledge and education we needed to choose our car wisely. Justin went above and beyond from the test drive through buying the car to answer our questions and make us feel comfortable without pushing us whatsoever. He was also orienting Noah as a new hire to the company and Noah was also incredible as so helpful for being new in the car industry! Highly recommend Justin and Oakes Kia of Olathe as a whole!

Well, I made way to the dealership for service on a 2014 Soul with 97K miles on the odom that had lost its brakes. I was happily surprised to see that it had changed hands and was now an OAKES dealership. Long story short, I ended up driving out in a new 2025 Soul with 7 miles on the odom. The entire process including dealing with Josh in service and Justin in sales was everything a car buying experience should be. Easy, respectful, and honest. It should be noted that 97% of the process was accomplished via text and phone call with Justin who was great to work with. I am extremely grateful to everyone for the experience and can't speak highly enough of the OAKES ownership in Olathe - big win for us in the southland.
