We had such a great experience!! What started out as a Facebook Marketplace conversation ended up with us working with the dealership, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. Nola Hunter and Noah Phillips were absolutely AMAZING to work with. They were so kind, helpful, patient and PERSONABLE through the whole process and genuinely made everything so easy for us while we figured out our game plan. My husband works long hours and we live over an hour away and they made communication so easy through texts and phone calls, even to our bankers to help make our process easier. We did have another local dealership try to basically steal us as customers, and the way they went about it was honestly pretty rude. It really made me appreciate Nola and Noah even more because they NEVER made us feel pressured or like we were just another sale, all while being confident and efficient. They were determined to work with us and figure out a deal that worked best for our family. They were just genuinely great people to work with and made the whole experience enjoyable. My husband has been pretty much anti-dealership until working with Nola & Noah and that says A LOT lol! 10/10 would recommend them to anyone!! I hope their bosses see this & take them out to a fancy steak dinner because they DESERVE IT!! Great experience with Noah Phillips at Oakes Olathe. We shopped around quite a bit and Noah was by far the best salesman and most transparent we worked with. Made the process easy and relatively stress free. Will be hard to buy from any one else in future! Once we decided on a car, we were out in under 2 hours. Max in finance was great as well. Will recommend to friends and family.

I've been looking at cars for a while now testing out trying to see what I liked and I found a 2024 KIA Sorento Prestige online at Oakes Kia in Olathe so I thought I'd give it a test run. This was the best experience I've ever had buying a car! My sales man Cristian was absolutely amazing! He walked me all around the car and explained all the features before I ever got behind the wheel when it came time to talk #'s he explained all the current warranties and even got me more on my trade than originally quoted even offered to fill up the tank without me asking and bought my son snacks from QT then took him on a test drive when I was filling out paperwork. Lorraine my finance advisor was able to get me a good affordable warranty and put a movie on for background noise then when it came time leave Christian help me set all my programs in the car. Seriously the best car buying experience ever may never go elsewhere.

I bought my car from Noah Phillips, and the experience was so great that I came back with my husband—and he ended up buying one too! Noah was just as fantastic the second time around. He made the entire process easy, stress-free, and actually enjoyable (which is not something you hear about car buying very often!). Noah is knowledgeable, honest, friendly, and never pushy. The service staff is always friendly and kind! However, there seemed to be some higher management there that walked through without acknowledging that I was there and speaking very unprofessionally. I have never seen them at the dealership before and they were in suit jackets and seemed to be visiting the dealership.

I’ll be upfront: I don’t like car dealerships. I go in braced for the runaround. Joshua Wilson at Oakes Kia in Olathe was a completely different experience. He’s personable and easy to talk with, no pressure, no script, just a relaxed conversation. He clearly knows the product and answered everything I asked without dodging or handing me off. Great service and easy to drop off and pick up. My only watch out was that I wasn&#039;t able to make it to pick up my car before service closed (which is totally on me), and they offered to leave my keys at reception, which I accepted. When I got there though, my paperwork and keys were just sitting out for anyone to grab as they walked by. I would have preferred if they were put away somewhere and someone was at the front desk to hand them to me.

Well, I bought my car two months ago. The sales lady was great to work with. Take my car in for first oil, change and service department and family and fast. Then when I left, they noticed the small pedal of oil called to bring it back in and fix the filter without even asking or complaining the sub department gave me a free oil change on my VIP package. Very pleasant to deal with, got busy but everyone was still extremely nice from the woman who helps to take care of the great waiting room to my service man. Dealership was ready for me at scheduled time. Service tech was knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. The requested work was done quickly but more importantly done correctly and vehicle returned to me clean. Price charged for the services was reasonable and they did not try to upsell me things that were not needed, as is common at many dealers. All in all a great experience.

KIA staff told me that my suv problem had rings get carbon build up on the pistons causing them to stick and use oil into the cylinders. Service fixed and hope it will be ok. Staff were awesome.

Justin Hanlon was incredible to work with. We had gone to a few dealerships to find the car we wanted and felt we weren’t getting the knowledge and education we needed to choose our car wisely. Justin went above and beyond from the test drive through buying the car to answer our questions and make us feel comfortable without pushing us whatsoever. Well, I made way to the dealership for service on a 2014 Soul with 97K miles on the odom that had lost its brakes. I was happily surprised to see that it had changed hands and was now an OAKES dealership. Long story short, I ended up driving out in a new 2025 Soul with 7 miles on the odom. The entire process including dealing with Josh in service and Justin in sales was everything a car buying experience should be. Easy, respectful, and honest. It should be noted that 97% of the process was accomplished via text and phone call with Justin who was great to work with. I am extremely grateful to everyone for the experience and can&#039;t speak highly enough of the OAKES ownership in Olathe - big win for us in the southland.
