called the dealer about 4 in the afternoon and got an appt for the next morning at 8:45! I brought the vehicle in and about 35 minutes later I was on my way. While there I enjoyed a bottle of water in the well lit and great WiFi waiting area.

KIA staff told me that my suv problem had rings get carbon build up on the pistons causing them to stick and use oil into the cylinders. Service fixed and hope it will be ok. Staff were awesome.
